OUR STORY
Background
Emily has always enjoyed cooking and baking from a young age and decided to pursue her dream of becoming a pastry chef by attending the well-known culinary school, Escoiffier to become a classically French-trained pastry chef. Emily now operates Little Forest Bakery, a fully licensed home bakery located in Boulder Creek, California using only organic ingredients and eggs sourced from her own chicken flock.
